I don’t know about you but I’m already in the love mood 💗💗💗! Once February starts, I get all excited about Valentine’s Day! Since this year is all about fitness and health for me, I was looking for ways to make my Valentine’s Day dinner as clean and healthy as possible while still feeling like I’m treating myself and my boyfriend!
Since I have to work this year on Valentine’s Day, I was looking for something that doesn’t require a lot of cooking but that both my boyfriend and I love.
What could be better than heart shaped glutenfree pizza with ALL your favorite toppings 🍕! I talked about my favorite glutenfree quinoa pizza crust recipe here. It is so easy, yet so delicious! You won’t even be able to tell the difference between this healthy version and the real deal. I promise!
To make it even fancier, I decided to drizzle some honey over my toppings. I put on pear slices, a little goat cheese, and of course honey! Let me tell you, it tasted divine! My boyfriend could not get enough of it. And I’m sure he can’t wait for Valentine’s Day to come 😉.
You can switch out the toppings to your liking. You can also prapare the dough ahead of time and add the sauce and your toppings on Valentine’s Day.
