Healthy Valentine’s Day Dinner: Glutenfree Love Pizza

I don’t know about you but I’m already in the love mood πŸ’—πŸ’—πŸ’—! Once February starts, I get all excited about Valentine’s Day! Since this year is all about fitness and health for me, I was looking for ways to make my Valentine’s Day dinner as clean and healthy as possible while still feeling like I’m treating myself and my boyfriend!

Since I have to work this year on Valentine’s Day, I was looking for something that doesn’t require a lot of cooking but that both my boyfriend and I love.

What could be better than heart shaped glutenfree pizza with ALL your favorite toppings πŸ•! I talked about my favorite glutenfree quinoa pizza crust recipe here. It is so easy, yet so delicious! You won’t even be able to tell the difference between this healthy version and the real deal. I promise!

You only need a few ingredients to whip up this delicious dinner

To make it even fancier, I decided to drizzle some honey over my toppings. I put on pear slices, a little goat cheese, and of course honey! Let me tell you, it tasted divine! My boyfriend could not get enough of it. And I’m sure he can’t wait for Valentine’s Day to come πŸ˜‰.

You can switch out the toppings to your liking. You can also prapare the dough ahead of time and add the sauce and your toppings on Valentine’s Day.

Quinoa Crust
Pizza Sauce
  1. Preheat oven to 425 Β°F/200 Β°C. Put quinoa flower, water, baking powder, coconut sugar, olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary in a blender and start blending until you get a smooth batter, almost like a pancake batter.
  2. Put parchment paper on a backing try and form batter into the shape of a heart. Put on the lowest tray and bake for 20 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, mix together all the ingredients for the pizza sauce. Slice the pear and cut the goat cheese into slices.
  4. Flip the crust and bake on the other side for an additional 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and top with pizza sauce, sliced pear. Drizzle honey over the goat cheese.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from the oven and enjoy with your loved one!
